Business Talent (Permanent) Visa (Subclass 132) – Significant Business History Stream

The Business Talent visa encourages successful entrepreneurs to establish a new or develop an existing business in Australia. This visa will allow the applicant and their family to remain in Australia permanently. To be eligible, you must:

• Be under 55 years of age – we can assist with age waivers if there are special circumstances
• Have net business and personal assets of 1.5 million AUD or more
• Have an annual turnover of 3 million AUD or more for one or more of your main business for at least 2 years out of the last 4 fiscal years
• Have a successful business career
